Ashley's Dinner and a recipe

I made dinner today and it was very popular. It took me about three hours to make, and it was rated as hard, but I still did it and it turned out well.
Once the first serving had been eaten, Eleanor, James, and Florence all got up at the same time and ran to get seconds. If you are interested in this Italian recipe you can try making this yummy food.
Strascinati di Casci ( Italian Dish)
Serves Four (4) People
Ingredients:
For the pasta: 300 g of flour, 3 eggs, and a pinch of salt
For the topping:  300 g of sausage, 100 g of bacon, 3 eggs, olive oil, cream, parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and some pepper.
Mix the flour, eggs, and salt together in a bowl until the ingredients become dough. Then wrap the dough up into plastic wrap and let sit out for thirty minutes.
While you are waiting, put the sausage in a pan and turn to a medium heat on the stove. The sausage should be golden brown by the time you turn off the stove. Drain, if needed, and set aside.
When it has been thirty minutes, unwrap the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten out until the dough is very thin. Cut into long strips with a small knife. Hand the pieces of pasta up to let dry.
Next, cut up the bacon into small bits and cook in pan until crisp. Then in a different bowl, add the cream, eggs, and salt together and mix with a whisk or fork. Also add three small spoonfuls of cheese.
Then, boil water in a big pot and add the pasta. When the pasta is soft, drain and add the bacon, sausage, and cream mixture. Cook the ingredients on the stove, mixed together, and wait until warm. Serve and enjoy.
We are still having a great time.  If you try this yummy recipe, I hope you enjoy it!
Love,
Ashley
