Meditations on Driving (and Parking) in Rome
When we were in Rome yesterday, we saw a motorized scooter coming down the sidewalk towards us. We were walking up a one way street, so the scooter was going the wrong way down the street. But it was on the sidewalk...then it went onto the street...described a circle, and came back to park by a lamppost. Hmm.

I'm a bit of a car person and am curious about the cars over there. I see the Chevrolet symbol in the ;arallel parking in Rome picture. And am familiar with the Smart car but do wonder-Volvo's, Maserati's, Porsche, BMW's. Do you see any of those around?
